| 1. | How do I Adjust a player/franchise score? Answer: To manually adjust players or franchises scores go to the For Commissioner > Setup > Player Score Adjuster or Franchise Score Adjuster. Enter the proper score adjustment, the week in which the score is applied and enter an explanation explaining the adjustment.
Create New Score Adjustments. While MyFantasyLeague.com supports virtually all common fantasy scoring rules, your league may have a highly customized rule that needs to be addressed. Use the table to define any new adjustments to the score for any fantasy team or player as follows:
- Select the row that corresponds to the fantasy team/player in which the adjustment needs to be made.
- Enter a numerical point value of the adjustment (enter a "-" sign if a negative point value adjustment is desired).
- Select the week of the season in which the adjustment it to be applied.
- Enter a textual description in the Explanation column to aid in understanding the reason for the adjustment.
- Repeat this process for each team as necessary.
- Click on the "Adjust Scores" button.
Delete Score Adjustments. Use this table if you've previously defined a score adjustment that you now need to remove. This table will appear empty until you have defined a score adjustment. You can also use this table to view the current score adjustments for your league. To remove a score adjustment:
- Check the box (es) corresponding the adjustment you want to remove.
- Click on the "Delete Score Adjustments Records" button.
If you remove an adjustment accidentally, you will have to use the Create New Score Adjustments table to redefine the original adjustment.
NOTE: You should NEVER use this screen to correct what you believe are incorrect raw statistics. Please see our Statistics Lifecycle document for more information.

| 3. | Our schedule is not right and the season has already started - how do I fix this? Answer: This will occur if you have adjusted your Divisions/Conferences after you have chosen your Pre-packaged Schedule and did not read the hint at the bottom of the page regarding these changes and ignored the pop-up instructing you to re-select your schedule. It can also occur if you used any of the other options to adjust the franchises/matchups without verifying the final schedule. You have two options to remedy this:
1. Pick a new Packaged Schedule. Then use the Weekly Schedule Setup to set your week 1-N matchups to their original status. You will then need to adjust the remaining weeks as needed if you would like the proper setup of division/conference games based on your altered Week(s) 1-N.
2. Just use the Weekly Schedule Setup to alter your remaining weeks to fit your desired schedule.

| 4. | Why are 0 points showing for a team in the Weekly Results when they showed points in Live Scoring? Answer: This can occur if you have not selected to copy lineups over from the previous week, or set the lineups to first copy with Monday's Results. If you have chosen to receive preliminary results and a team has "0" points for the week then on the For Commissioners > Setup >Starting Lineup Setup screen you have either not chosen to Copy Lineups or selected:
Copy Previous Week's Starters For Franchises Without Lineups:As Soon As Final (Monday) Results Are Available
This option will not copy the lineup until after Final Results for the week are processed.
You will want to choose one of the other two options to copy lineups and this will take effect for future weeks results.
By Default the Live Scoring Pages will display the teams previous weeks lineup if none is submitted.

| 7. | My player scores are being doubled (or way too high) - why? Answer: Player point totals are doubled (or worse) when league scoring rules are set up incorrectly on the Scoring Rules page. The most common places where this happens include:
1. By having a rule listed under the same position twice. For example, if you have the category "Rules for QB, RB, WR, TE" and award points for rushing yards in that category, and you also have a category "Rules for RB" and award points for rushing yards in that category, the system will use both sets of rules to award points. Make sure that each rule you want to award points for is defined only in one category to avoid this problem.
2. By having an overlap in a given rule. For example, if you have one rule called "Rushing Yards 75-100 2 points", and another rule called "Rushing Yards 100-200 5 points", and the rusher happened to rush for exactly 100 yards, due to the range of the rules both rules would apply. The best way to catch, and fix, problems along these lines is to click on the "Test" link for the corresponding rule on your Scoring Rules page, and reviewing all point totals on that page. When the system detects an overlap like this, it will display a warning to you.
3. Using the "Length of Rushing (or, passing, or receiving, or field goal, etc.) TD" rule, when you meant to use the "Number of Rushing (or passing or receiving, or field goals) TDs" rule. The "Length of..." rules are meant for leagues who award varying points based on the length of the touchdown (or field goal) scored, and this rule gets evaluated for every touchdown (or field goal) awarded. A common mistake customers make is setting up a rule like this: "Length of Field Goal Made 1-99 3 points each" which would award 3 points for each yard of a field goal made - so a 30 yard field goal would be worth 90 points. When in fact, if they want to award 3 points for each made field goal, the correct rule is "Number of Field Goals Made 1-99 3 points each".

| 8. | Why is my Scoring not Calculating the Decimal Places Correctly? Answer: Typically there are two common causes for this:
1. You do not have the number of decimal places defined in General Scoring Setup screen. Chang the default "0" to a value between 1-3.
2. Your rules are not defined to support decimal scoring. "1 point for every 10 yards" is a stepped bonus, and incorrect for decimal scoring. Instead, yardage rules need to be defined along the lines of "0.1 points per yard".

| 9. | How does MFL Account for Stats Changes? Answer: Occasionally, the Elias Sports Bureau (the official Statistician of the NFL) makes official statistics changes after a week's games have been completed. Note that there is no set schedule for when these corrections are announced - they might be announced a day after a game is over, and at other times, it may be weeks later.
When changes like this happen after we've issued "Final Weekly Results" for a given week, we allow you, as the league commissioner, to decide if you'd like to include or exclude these late statistics changes from your league results. Be sure to select the For Commissioners > Statistics Changes menu item to manage these stat changes as needed. Note that we publish any official stats changes that are made through Thursday morning for the current week. Any official stat changes that are made by the Elias Sports Bureau after Thursday morning of a given week will not be included as an option on MyFantasyLeague.com. Any official stat changes made after Thursday of a given week would need to be manually applied by the commissioner if a league wants to include those changes.

| 11. | Why did our lineups change after the final results were calculated? Answer: The problem is the "Best Lineup" option has been enabled for your league. Please go to your Setup > Starting Lineup Setup to reset (disable) this setting. Then Re-enter the original lineups in one team at a time. Once they are all re-entered you will need to use the Recalculate Standings screen to score the correct lineups.
